• SSL/TLS check — verified certificate validity, TLS version, and HSTS implementation
• Tracker audit — identified all tracking scripts and fingerprinting attempts using Privacy Badger and manual inspection
• Static code review — checked page source for obfuscated scripts and known malicious code patterns

All testing was conducted in an isolated virtual machine with no personal accounts or sensitive data. I did not download any files from any of these sites.

Across all five sites, certain threat patterns appeared consistently enough to be called defining characteristics of the KissAnime clone ecosystem:

Crypto-miners
